Please note the lead guest must be 21 years and older.
Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. If guests are found to violate these rules, they will be evicted without any refunds.
There is a GBP 60 cleaning fee, which is charged during booking.
All bookings are subject to name and address verification; official photo identification, either a drivers licence or passport and proof of address, is to be sent to the booking channel prior to the guest arrival. Please note that this name and address must match the original name and address used to make the booking (If the name and/or address on the booking have/has been modified the property will only accept ID that matches the original name and address but reserve the right to request ID. for the modified name and address in addition). If there are any issues with verification in any way, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking.
There is a security deposit of GBP 250 which can be charged from when the property is booked. The card used to pay for the damage deposit must be the same as the card used to pay for the booking. Before / upon check-in, guests are required to show their official photo identification, such as a drivers' licence or passport, and the card used to secure the booking. The name and address must correspond to the original details provided at the time of booking, and on the credit/debit card provided. If the card used for payment is not that of the guest who booked or on the reservation, valid photo identification verifying the name and address on the reservation must be supplied that corresponds to the payment card supplied.
Only the number of guests specified in the booking can enter / access the apartment. Any additional guest must be pre-approved before arrival. If it is found that additional guests are at the property without prior consent, you will be asked to leave without any refunds.

科技日新月異，因應行動裝置與各種終端設備發展快速，標準檢驗局修訂手機充電器國家標準CNS 15285，擴大通用充電器可適用的資通訊產品範圍、並增加最新USB Type C規格。
除了新增USB Type C規格之外，也將充電器待機耗電量大幅下修原規定10分之1，並增加環保要求。
標準檢驗局表示，此次修訂將通用充電器適用範圍擴大，除手機以外，亦可適用於平板電腦、影音媒體播放器、數位相機、無線耳機等多種手持式裝置，納入USB Type C標準化充電介面，以因應快速充電及高速資料傳輸等使用需求，提高通用充電器之可互換性與使用之便利性。
此外，此次修訂將通用充電器待機功率由原本之0.3 W下修至0.03 W，大幅降低待機耗電量，並增加生態環境規範及生態化設計準則，強化低污染、可回收、再利用的要求，提升通用充電器對於節能、環保的效益。
標準檢驗局也說，目前手機端常用規格為Type Micro-B；Type C則為手機端最新規格，可適用USB 3.1 Gen2規格，頻寬為10 Gbps，資料傳輸速度為10 Gbit/s(1280 MB/s)，最大供電可達100 W。
